It has been some four years since Ang Lee's "Hulk" debuted with a splash in the summer of 2003। The film's gross quickly tapered off, but generated enough buzz to demand a sequel, a sequel which had been... Ang Lee has since go on to other projects not the least of which included winning the Oscar for best picture in 'Broke Back Mountain.' The surprising thing about the Hulk film has been it success in the DVD and in second viewings on cable. I think it will end up one of the cult classics of the early 00's to find its resting place amount the horror action genre that inspired its creator in the first place. That creator, Stan Lee (by the way, is he a genius or what?) got to see his sixties version given a expansive expoloration by one of the world's top directors. The Hulk movie delivers the goods, and deserves, nay demands a sequel.
